What is Foyers? It is groups of eight people gathering for a series of four meals over the course of four months. Each participating household takes a turn hosting a simple meal and over the course of the term, you get to know your fellow parish members. By the end of the “semester,” you will now know six or seven St. Michael-ites a little bit better. They become familiar and welcome faces in the pews. The small groups are randomly gathered from the pool of those who have signed up to participate in Foyers. We welcome singles, couples, widows and widowers, the young, the "mature," those new to St. Michaels and founding members. The Foyers group assignments are made and distributed in early February and you will be contacted by the initial host family regarding dinner arrangements.
