Home Lay Eucharistic Ministers
Home Lay Eucharistic Ministers are lay persons who are carefully chosen and trained to carry the Sacrament to the ill and infirm after the Eucharist on Sunday morning. During the Sunday service HLEM’s receive a home communion kit and are sent forth with a blessing. This ministry makes a special difference in the lives of those who are visited.
