Twelve Who Changed the World

Open to children ages 3 through those entering 6th gradeRegistration Form (also available in the Parish Office or Church School)
Children ages three years through 6th grade (Fall of 2008) will study the lives and stories of twelve men who left their everyday lives to follow Jesus. These disciples were just ordinary men — not especially educated or religious. These were not perfect men. But without exception, they immediately left their everyday activities and came to follow Jesus and went off to change the world. Even today, Jesus calls us to be his disciples — to come and follow in his footsteps and learn his ways. So what about it? Are you ready to come and follow him?
We will bake, watch movies, make a "scripture machine," sing, hear stories, play games, create sand art, and, finally, participate in a wonderful service project — ordinary people helping to do extraordinary things!
We are actively seeking adult and junior/senior high volunteers to staff this VBS.
