Dear St. Michael’s,

As our world continues to wage war in many places, with the most recent Hamas/Israel conflict beginning last week, I want to honor Archbishop Naoum’s request to pray together for peace on Tuesday, October 17.  St. Michael’s will have noon day prayer at 12pm tomorrow, 10/17, with prayers for peace.

I invite you to join us, the as the archbishop asks, to "pray without ceasing for justice, reconciliation, peace, and an end to hatred and war. We also pray for God to change the hearts of all leaders and decision-makers in our countries and around the world. For we are in dire need of hearts that love, show mercy, and are willing to live in unity with others-hearts that respect human dignity and choose life rather than death. “
